- Due to continued growth and success with our new and existing clients, we are recruiting for a Lead Porter to join our fantastic team who support and help each other every day.
- This role is fundamental to assisting our clients to go paperless and enter the world of digital data and records.
- Do you have experience working in a busy warehouse environment? if so this opportunity could be for you.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the Warehouse team of operatives, ensuring that work is carried out to job specifications, quality standards, and in line with Archive and Records, Sift, Digitisation departments and customer requirements.
- Support the Operations team in repository box location mapping
- Supervision of Warehouse team including managing performance, sickness and absence and appraisals/1-1s
- Maintain compliance with Information Security
- New staff training
- Maintain high safety and security awareness at all time

- Briefing skills - able to deliver information in an engaging and easily understandable way
- Restore Digital supports customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertaken in the UK every year.
