Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law
- Lead on key HR projects, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legal requirements
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR strategies that support the business objectives
- Coach and mentor HR team members, sharing best practice and providing guidance where necessary
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior leaders to inform decision making
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Advisor role
- Thorough understanding of employment law and best practice HR policies and procedures
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
