**Your new role**
- You will be required to liaise with new and existing customers, identify specific material requirements and secure material schedules for generating quotations, this will include drawing take-off and reviewing of tender documentation.
- Working with the team, you will be responsible for chasing and securing orders from these quotations and ensuring that orders are progressed in line with customer expectation.
- You will be responsible for generating new business, through proactive projects targeting specific customer types and industries.
- They will build work with the team to build strong relationships with existing account and continue to grow sales.
- You will be required to assist a small but dedicated team of individuals in providing quick and accurate advice to customers on the best solution.
- The company deals with a number of customer types within the industry including, installers, merchants and homeowners.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service levels including pricing, technical assistance and producing material schedules from customer drawings.
- Following up quotations and proactively calling customers
- Working with the team to target new customers and generate repeat business opportunities
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Drawing take-offs
- Generating quotations
- Answering the telephone
- Processing orders

**What you need to succeed**
- 2-3 years' experience within a sales environment
- Willingness to learn about the company's products and services offered is essential
- Experience within a customer focused environment
- Can communicate well at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
- Work in an organised and methodical manner
- Good levels of numeracy & literacy
- Current driving license
