**The role**:
Our Admissions Team fulfil a vital function at Delamere. It is one which which involves enquiries, coordinating bookings, welcoming incoming guests and working closely with the wider team. An initial enquiry about care here is an important and potentially delicate moment; often our admissions team are the first people someone has spoken with about what is happening for them.

**Delamere’s Admissions Co-ordinator**
- Provides information about our services
- Carries out pre-admission assessments.
- Facilitates bookings for suitable guests.
- Liaises closely with the wider team in preparation for welcoming a new guest.
- Captures and helps to manage accurate, secure records.
- Liaises with alumni guests and maintains contact with and helps motivate lapsed enquiries

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a great listener with ability to persuade
- Highly resilient and calm under pressure

- Empathetic & understanding
- Strong initiative: ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and comfortable in managing data and using CRM systems

**Desirable skills, experience & qualifications**:

- Experience of operating in a highly regulated (CQC) environment
- Degree in business or psychology

**Contract : 32 hours per week £19,600 - £21,200**

**Shift pattern is a rolling 2 week rota, as follows**:
Week 1 : Monday 12 noon - 20:00; Wednesday 9am - 17:00; Thursday 12 noon - 20:00, Friday 9am - 17:00

Week 2 : Tuesday 12 noon - 20:00; Wednesday 10am - 16:00; Thursday 10am - 16:00, Saturday 16:00 - 20:00, Sunday 9:00 - 17:00

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
