Responsibilities: - Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens - Ensure all areas are properly sanitized and disinfected - Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor - Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations - Provide excellent customer service to guests Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills: - Hospitality: Understanding the importance of providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests - Hotel: Familiarity with hotel standards and procedures for housekeeping operations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
