Job Title: Cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Clear pathways and outdoor areas
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

You would mainly be working in two locations, but there some properties scattered around the south of London. You will need to have a full UK licence.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

Note: Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
