**Marketing Assistant**

**About the Role**:
As our Marketing Assistant at SMC Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team to enhance our brand presence and promote our products and services. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you'll execute campaigns aimed at engaging our target audience and assist with day-to-day administrative marketing activities.

**What our Marketing Assistant will be responsible for**:

- Providing day-to-day administrative support for marketing activities.
- Producing insightful reports on marketing and customer activities.
- Actively managing and optimising social media platforms.
- Supporting internal communication efforts.
- Maintaining brand consistency through timely updates to marketing collateral.
- Monitoring competitor and customer insights and trends.
- Assisting in the organisation and co-ordination of marketing events.
- Effectively managing and organising data via our CRM system.
- Managing content across various online and offline channels, such as the website, directories, and printed materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

**Location**:Chandler's Ford Industrial Estate, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 4BY

**Working hours**:Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours per week

**Salary/Rate**:£25,000 - £28,000 per annum

**Free onsite parking and company pension scheme.**
