**PROPERTY MANAGER- Residential Lettings**

**Location: Epsom, KT19**

**Salary: OTE £33k (pro rata for PT)**

**Position: Permanent - Part Time / Full Time**

We are seeking a highly organised, experienced residential **Property Manager**to join a successful, professional, local independent estate agent in the Epsom area on a Full or Part Time basis.

You **_
must have
_**Property Management experience; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.

You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

**Skills: The skills required for thisProperty Manager role will include**:

- Previous experience in Property Management
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team player
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
