Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and hiring requirements, offering market insights and advice on recruitment strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, meeting targets, and building strong client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A self-motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
