An exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced full time secretary has arisen within the MFT Community Eating Disorder Service (MFT CEDS).

MFTCEDS is a busy specialist CAMHS team for children and young people with Eating Disorders in Manchester, Salford and Trafford. We are a multi-disciplinary team of specialist and advanced clinical practitioners, dietitians, family therapists, support workers and psychiatrists.

As Team Secretary, you will be responsible for the administrative and secretarial support of the clinical team within the south hub of MFT CEDs. This is an office based role.

If you are a secretary who have a positive "can do" attitude with experience of using different systems and ready to learn new ones, who would like to make a difference in the life or our patients and families, then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a positive team player to join our busy Admin Team. The qualities we are looking for are:

- Previous secretarial experience, preferable within the NHS
- Experience with using PARIS system or quick learner.
- Ability to minute meetings
- Are ready to take challenges and are not scared to ask for help.
- Ability to work on a team and also on their own initiative when needed
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to detail and able to manage difficult information is essential.
