Do you have previous client -facing experience working for a IFA/ Wealth Management firm?

Recruit UK are working on an opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a well-established IFA firm in Bristol. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis working around 24 hours a week. This is a home-based role, but youwould be required to go into the office a maximum of once a week.

You would be assisting with client facing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team therefore would need previous IFA Administration/ Wealth Management experience.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Submitting new business
- Organising letters of authority
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Creating annual review packs
- General administrative support
