**Job description**:
We are working on behalf of a Nottingham based estate agency that is well established within the local area and in a considerable period of growth. They currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Property Administrator / Contract Chaser tojoin their professional and friendly team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assisting the sales department in all admin duties
- Advertising and uploading properties
- Preparing Sales brochures
- Adhering to compliance regulations
- Provide updates on the conveyancing process for both Vendors and Buyers
- Assisting in the process and getting an offer to completion in the quickest time possible
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, mortgage advisors and solicitors where necessary
- Use your experience and knowledge to resolve any issues that arise

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous Estate Agent administrator experience is ideal
- A varied role for a highly motivated individual working as part of a supportive and friendly team
- You will be required to have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and great initiative.
- Accurate typing and PC skills

**Essentials**:

- Admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Able to work on a full time basis

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
