Person Specification - Year 3 Teacher - Kingston
This Year 3 Teacher post is also suitable for a Primary PGCE student who possess an inherent ability to motivate and inspire those around them. A positive character that encourages young KS2 students to be innovative within their work, the ideal Year 3 Teacherwill construct an engaging and enjoyable learning environment. The school needs a Year 3 teacher who can stick to well-organised lesson plans, and communicate in an explicit, straightforward manner. Keen to reflect and improve their own practise, the chosenYear 3 Teacher will identify and target any weaknesses in their teaching with authority.

About the Year 3 Teacher - Kingston Role
As a Year 3 Teacher at this school you will be teaching a 28-strong group of bright Year 3 students. From the commencement of your Year 3 Teacher post, you will be enrolled upon training programmes and continued professional development schemes that the schoolhas successfully run for ECTs for many years. Alongside the informative mentorship of an outstanding parallel teacher, the appointed Year 3 Teacher will inevitably improve in ability throughout their time at the school. Day-to-day, the hired Year 3 Teacherwill be creating and developing an interesting learning experience, utilising a progressive teaching style to generate improvements in engagement and attainment.
