Child Support Worker

**Job Title - Support Worker**

** Must be able to drive and have your own vehicle **

**Pay - £11-£12.50 Day Shifts and Night Shifts available**

**Hours - 40 hours**
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a support worker for Tezlom. We are on the hunt for dedicated and passionate care and support workers to work in a children's and young adults care home._

**Duties**
- _To perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user´s support plan _
- _To alert the Service Manager of any changes in the service user´s condition or circumstances _
- _To create and maintain good communication with Service Users including those who may have some degree of communication difficulties _
- _To make and maintain effective working relationships with Service Users _
- _To develop good communication skills with the child._
- _household cleaning and laundry duties as requested if outlined in the support plan _
- **Essential**:

- **Must have at least 3 months of experience in Care/Support or an educational setting**
