Situated in the vibrant locale of Perivale, West London, our showroom is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our close-knit and friendly team. **Overview**

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium range of bathroom products and accessories. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to showcase their sales expertise and contribute to the growth of our showroom.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement**
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through the selection process.

**Product Knowledge**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our bathroom product range, staying updated on the latest trends and features.
- Effectively communicate product specifications, benefits, and advantages to customers.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling complementary items.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through effective communication and follow-up.

**Consultative Selling**
- Conduct consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products that align with their preferences and budget.

**Quotations and Closing Deals**
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Relationship Building**
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Showroom Maintenance**
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to create attractive displays that highlight featured products.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, fittings, and trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using sales software and computer skills.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
