Academic Ltd are searching for unqualified teachers who are able to teach within the Secondary Schools in and around the Tilehurst School. With the new academic year just around the corner, we are looking to be in a position where we can support local schoolswith their supply requirements. We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.

Working as an unqualified teacher is an excellent choice for those who are passionate about teaching, but do not have QTS. It is also an excellent option for people who are looking to get their foot in the door to the world of teaching.
- Maths Specialist
- Be able to teach in a mainstream setting.
- Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
- Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
- Have a degree
- Have previous experience in managing a large group of children
- Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
- The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a good behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
