**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Take charge of the company's vibrant social media ecosystem, overseeing and curating captivating content across a diverse range of platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
- Dive headfirst into the exciting world of social media, exploring and actively participating in the latest and emerging platforms to bolster the company's online presence.
- Unleash your creative prowess by crafting captivating written pieces, visually stunning graphics, and engaging videos that leave a lasting impression on the audience.
- Harness the power of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies, driving the company's online visibility to new heights and ensuring maximum impact in the digital landscape.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- £13,000 per annum
- Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 2 pm
- Flexible working hours
- 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
