Project Manager

Calling all seasoned Project Managers within M&E / Civils. An exciting role has become available for an experienced Project Manager with delivery experience to lead on the delivery of a complex package of work at one of London's largest rail depots. Thisis a unique opportunity to work on a London based Depot focused project. The scope of the project is to complete upgrade works and handover the Depot back into service. This project is part of the prestigious £5bn 4LM Programme.

**In this role you will**:

- Bring in enhanced maintenance capabilities for the new train fleet.
- Manage and work with Assistant Project Managers, PMs, Cost Managers, Programme Managers and Suppliers

**Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience**:

- Delivery experience of complex rail projects with e.g Londin Underground, National Rail. TfL, etc
- Principal Contractor, Principal Designer and Client experience would also be of benefit but not essential).
- Multi-disciplinary delivery experience to include: Civils, Track, Drainage, Power & Signals.
- Excellent Stakeholder managements skills required
- Strong safety awareness of delivering construction projects. Procurement and Contract Management experience (Asite & NEC3 beneficial).
- Strong understanding of CDM compliance.

**Other desirable experience/qualifications**:

- APMP (PPQ) / PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Degree educated

This role is likely to run on for 18 months minimum. It is paying £331.66 PAYE per day or £430.01 per day Umbrella. This is also a site based role.
