**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, or replace roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Inspect roofs for damage and identify areas in need of repair
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong ability to build and construct roofs according to specifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of masonry techniques for chimney repairs or flashing installation
- Basic welding and plumbing skills for roof-related repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in roofing work
- Experience with power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns
- Carpentry skills for framing and sheathing roofs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
