Birmingham Women’s & Children’s NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an enthusiastic individual to facilitate the direction of Simulation across BWC NHS FT.

The post holder will work as a member of the Simulation team and will assist with creating, strengthening and promoting education, learning and development across BWC using this mode of delivery. The post holder will promote an organisational culture of patient safety, providing a visible presence that focuses high quality care standards, preventing avoidable harm by delivering training based on evidence to support the development of a positive and safe culture.

The post holder is to scope and support the development as identified in the Simulation Strategy. You will work collaboratively with the Medical and Simulation Lead.
