RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - 3AA ROSETTE

We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our small, passionate & friendly team here at Knockinaam Lodge.

Knockinaam Lodge Hotel is a small luxury boutique hotel in Portpatrick, Dumfries & Galloway. This 5 Gold Star Restaurant with rooms offers 10 bedrooms, Bar & Lounge, a 3AA Rosette restaurant for 30 covers and an outdoor dining venue for 30 covers. Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner.

This stunning country house hotel is set within its own private Cove and overlooks the Irish Sea.

The kitchen create stunning dishes from a daily changing tasting menu which celebrates the very best of fresh, local, Scottish produce.

As Restaurant Supervisor you will:

- Have a friendly yet professional personality.
- Be a strong team player.
- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Be fully responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
- Own transport is essential due to location.
- Competitive Salary - the exact amount will depend on experience.
