**About Our Client**:
A global entertainment brand that is across 10 countries.

The key responsibilities for the CRM Executive will be the following:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Closely collaborating with the marketing team to define target audience, campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement, monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimise marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for end to end setup and execution of CRM campaigns as per the campaign plan.
- To manage sign off process with all key stakeholders for all projects.
- Managing costs on each campaign.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management, preferably in retail/entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- A good understanding with CRM systems and managing customer databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Self-motivated individual.
