**Are you a Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge?**

We are looking for a 1st line support engineer with an interest in technology and a desire to develop their long-term careers within Sopra Steria.
This is a 1st Line opportunity where you will support our Customer's on prem cloud infrastructure by providing advice and mentorship on issues. You will work within established processes, procedures, and mentorship, providing a range of support services toan agreed standard.

.**What you will be doing**:

- Supervising the cloud platform
- Implementing security scans on the platform
- Solving/closing 1st level incidents and re-assigning to 2nd line support where vital
- Document of actions when closing tickets so that relevant quality inspections and service improvement can be carried out

**What you’ll bring**:

- Windows Servers
- MS Server Management
- Office365 Admin and Support
- MS Active Directory

**It would be great if you had**:

- Experience of Cloud or Infrastructure management
- Exchange
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience in virtualisation technologies (HyperV, Citrix & Scvmm)
- Experience with any DevOps tools
- VMware
