**Corporate Solicitor | Bury | Taking over existing client base from retirement**
My client is a highly respected and forward-thinking full-service law firm, offering high-quality legal advice on a broad range of personal and commercial matters. From their offices in Bury, they are able to provide friendly, approachable and comprehensivelegal guidance to individual and business clients across the North West.
Working within the Corporate Department, the role would be to take over the existing and well established Corporate client base, from the existing Senior Associate who is due to retire this year. This is a unique opportunity that is rarely available
In terms of duties, they would typically involve:

- Share sales and purchases
- Asset sales and purchases
- Management buyouts and buy-ins
- Joint ventures
- Restructuring
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Compliance and guidance for directors
- Unfair prejudice, minority and deadlock situations
