We are delighted to be working with a well-established professional services company based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for an IT Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing onsite and remote 1st line support
- Ensuring all processes are followed to agreed standards
- Supporting the SharePoint estate
- Ensuring all software is up to date
- Working with third party suppliers
- Supporting the wider team with IT related projects
- Maintaining documentation
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Experience working as part of a team
- Passion for learning and collaboration
- Experience with hardware including PC’s and printers
- Networking experience (desirable)
