We have a vacancy for Corporate Security Manager to join our team based in our client's prestigious building at 3 Snowhill, Birmingham
You will be responsible for a team of 14 who provide Front of House and Security coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will need to ensure that adequate cover is provided for all holiday and sickness. You'll deputise for the Soft Services Manager in hisabsence so a knowledge of other FM services would be advantageous
You will be responsible for delivering a first-class, proactive and innovative service and will need to establish and maintain highly effective customer relationships which will require you to acknowledge different customer groups who will sometimes have competingpriorities.
You must have proven Security management experience gained in a corporate environment and an SIA licence.
You will need to have a flexible approach to working hours which must include evening visits on a fortnightly basis and weekend visits once a month.
**Main Duties include**:

- Manage the delivery of Security & FOH services in our premiere property to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the region's strategic objectives,
- Define critical goals and timelines for development.
- Communicate clearly and positively with staff to create a focus on business goals and build an environment where all staff is valued for their contribution.
- Build a network of close partnerships with customers, developing strong account management and encouraging multi-level relationships between all services, teams, and customer teams.
- Support the sales function where required.
- To participate fully in any relevant external bodies and all opportunities for networking that raise the profile of OCS. Some activities are outside regular office hours.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Liaise with OCS internal and external statutory bodies to ensure compliance with OCS and industry regulations, particularly on ISO quality systems and health & safety.
- Recruit, develop and, if necessary, manage the performance of all onsite operational management to deliver OCS and customer requirements.
- Ensure all Elogbook quotes and tasks are actioned promptly to ensure none become overdue.
- Complete monthly Safe Site Inspections and Healthchecks

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Hold appropriate Health and Safety qualifications, e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH Certification.
- Achieved a minimum of BIFM Award, but ideally, Certificate of qualification.
- Knowledge of Security/FOH services and experience in delivery.
- Excellent time management skills
