**Small Business Role Model (Bexley, Brent, Hackney, Harrow and Havering)**

At Shaw Trust we're dedicated to building a future where rewarding employment is accessible for all. Our Spark Change Programme plays a key role in helping young people (18 - 24) to access what they need to make a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

**As a Small Business Role Model, you will volunteer with **NEET young people living in the London Boroughs of Bexley, Brent, Hackney, Harrow and Havering to provide insight on running a small business and inspire young people to set up their own businesses.

Through a mix of online and face-to-face events, we want you to:

- Attend sessions to provide your insight and successes on setting up a business
- Mentor young people with a business idea who are eager to start
- Help get young people engaged in activities in the community
- Assist by providing advice on marketing and financial planning
- Play your part in getting young people into education, training, and employment
**Boost your confidence, skills, and CV by supporting the Spark Change Programme.**

If you can give us 2 - 6 hours per week, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to become a **Small Business Role Model.**We can be very **flexible** around parenting / caring / health / employment / education and any other commitments you have. Some travel and other expenses may be covered too.
