Are you ready to come face-to-fin with some of the most JAW-some creatures you’ll ever meet?** **We have a fantastic opportunity for an **Admissions Supervisor **to help create the most magical and inspiring visitor experiences at **SEA LIFE Brighton.**

**About the role**

Whilst leading a team of Admissions Hosts as part of our wider Commercial Operations team, you’ll be passionate about the safe operation and management of the attraction’s entrance operations, along with driving sales to improve upsells and premium ticket penetration.

Our awesome Admissions hosts are the first team to welcome our guests as they begin their underwater adventure each day, therefore are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interaction.

You will also drive high standards of presentation to ensure that all areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition throughout the day all whilst motivating your team to always delivering the most amazing customer service.

You’ll be responsible for the training and development of your team and will therefore embrace a passionate approach to guest care and actively encourage and support new and innovative ideas from your team.

The role also takes the lead to co-ordinate our on-site events, which can range from guest experience enhancing treasure trails, to excusive VIP tours to corporate dinner events after hours. A great opportunity for someone who has a buzz for creative output and taking on responsibility of planning and delivering activity beyond just the admissions function.

This role is permanent, working any 5 days out of 7 on a roster basis. Our attractions are open daily and so full availability is needed, including some evening work, weekends, bank holidays and during peak seasons.
