RISE Bootcamps is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach. While experience is not essential, your drive and commitment are key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead outdoor bootcamp sessions that inspire, challenge, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Create engaging and effective workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels and goals.
- Provide personalized online coaching and support to members, offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and goal setting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and encouraged throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during bootcamp sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
- Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress to adapt training plans accordingly.
- Stay current with industry trends and certifications to continually enhance your fitness knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow franchisees and the corporate team to uphold the RISE Bootcamps brand and standards.
- Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, member communication, and business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive training environment.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles (experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day operations of your franchise.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
