As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the driving force behind smooth property transactions, connecting with both vendors and prospective buyers to create successful deals. Your days will be filled with exciting challenges as you schedule and follow up on property viewings, skilfully negotiate offers, and provide top-notch service by cross-selling financial services and solicitor referrals. Sales Negotiators are rewarded through a very competitive commission structure, rewarding you for going that extra mile.

**The Role**
- Facilitating smooth property transactions by liaising with vendors and prospective buyers
- Booking valuations and keeping vendors and purchasers regularly updated
- Maximising sales opportunities by efficiently scheduling and following up on property viewings.
- Enhancing client satisfaction through adept cross-selling of financial services and solicitor referrals
- Securing successful property deals through skilful negotiation.
- Ensuring timely completion of transactions by overseeing the sales progression process
- Proactively identifying new business growth opportunities
- Conducting accompanied viewings and canvassing local properties
- Fostering a high-performing team by providing coaching and support to other negotiators in the office
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, and every other Saturday, 9 am to 4.30 pm.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in property sales is desired.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and driven by a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
- Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a car for mobility and property visits.
