Our client is a family ran business which started in 2012, they have earned the reputation for being one of the most dependable, straight-talking wholesalers in the appliance business. They have warehouses and teams in Walsall, West Midlands and in Lichfield, Staffordshire, from which we distribute across the UK and to the continent.

Due to continued success they need to add to their team in Lichfield, Staffordshire. They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Advisors to join their sales team in expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth.

**Core areas of responsibility**
- Sales Strategy: Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the electrical wholesaler and merchant channels, working closely with the management team.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments. Utilise market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies and product offerings by feeding market intelligence into the relevant NPD, marketing and sales leaders.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the senior management team. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team, keeping them up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Capabilities required**
- Experience of the wholesale appliance market
- Experience of the Electrical wholesale, merchant market would be beneficial.
- Excellent commercial and financial awareness with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market knowledge
- An outstanding ambassador for the company, operating at a senior level with high standard of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to influence and drive change with confidence
- Proven leadership skills managing a sizeable external sales force, demonstrating an ability to drive results through a high performing team with a passion for using KPI to maximise productivity
- Proven sales executive experience exceeding targets, with ability to drive the sales process
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
