**Brighton | Entry Level and Experienced Consultant Vacancies | £27,500-£33,500k DOE/NEG + Commission**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Initially filing given vacancies before building your own client portfolio (if desired, this can be a 180 role).
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Recruitment experience - ideally one year or more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to build relationships
- An understanding and interest in the Insurance and Finance sector
- Ambition and self-motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
