**Qualified Social Worker - Adults - Review Team**

**£35 per hour**

Stockport are looking for Adult - Qualified Social Workers

**Working for Stockport MBC**:

- Working from home- Full time hours - 37 per week - Monday - Friday- 12 months contract- Undertaking targeted work across the service to facilitate timely reviews- Undertaking face to face meetings and home visits to complete the reviews, some of these can be over the phone- Undertaking CHC reviews- Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities services- Great place to work, teams link together with other partners in the neighbourhood to provide a great service- Stockport are a helpful, supportive authority that offer development and online training courses you can access**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS- References- 3 years’ experience- Car user essential
