Residential Property Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join an established, multi-office law firm who have grown substantially and one of their greatest strengths is the loyalty of their clients who return to them regularly.

You will be joining a successful and busy conveyancing team where you will manage complex residential matters and there will also be some light commercial conveyancing.. The role will be commercial and involve some business development, and we are seekingsomeone who builds relationships easily.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage and establish new key client relationships and build a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including:

- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgage
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
