Job Description: Agile Coach with Enterprise Agile Experience

Location: Warwickshire, United Kingdom

**Responsibilities**:
1. Agile Transformation Leadership:

- Lead and drive the Agile transformation journey across the organization, working closely with senior leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency, collaboration, and product delivery.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.

2. Enterprise Agile Experience:

- Bring extensive experience in implementing Agile practices at the enterprise level, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Define and tailor Agile processes to meet the specific needs and challenges of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and establish metrics to measure progress and success.

3. JIRA Administration:

- Oversee JIRA administration and configuration, ensuring optimal usage and customization to support Agile workflows.
- Train team members on JIRA best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the tool.
- Analyze and report on Agile metrics and KPIs using JIRA data to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. PI Planning and Release Management:

- Facilitate and guide Agile teams through PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to plan and coordinate releases, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Monitor and optimize the delivery process, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.

5. OKRs (Objectives and Key Results):

- Lead the implementation of OKRs across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Train and guide teams in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives and defining measurable key results.
- Track progress, provide feedback, and support teams in achieving their OKRs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and frameworks.
- Expertise in JIRA administration, configuration, and reporting for Agile teams.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams and individuals in Agile practices and mindset.
- Familiarity with PI Planning and release management processes.
- Experience in implementing and tracking OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.
