We are recruiting for a highly motivated **Administrator** **to complement our fantastic Lettings Administration Centre team in **Cardiff**.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a service which surpasses all customer expectations and be committed to achieving or exceeding your own, team and LAC targets.

**Key responsibilities of an Administrator**
- Manage a portfolio of branches and be responsible for all deals requested
- Draft tenancy agreements and support branches by drafting and co-ordinating the initial tenancy documentation
- Advise other departments, via deal sheet, such as Client Accounting and property management, of start of tenancy
- Act as a conduit between the branch and the Lettings Support Centre
- Ensure all correct documentation and monies are collected to ensure required safety checks are completed and landlord’s accounts are balanced to enable release of funds.
- Advise other departments such as Client Accounting and property management, of start and end of tenancy
- Liaise with landlords to arrange the final property inspection at the end of tenancy

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator**
- Customer Service Skill
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent PC and related technology skills
- Good analytical ability.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
