Medical Gp Receptionist

Based primarily at Marlowe Park Medical Centre, must be prepared to work at neighbouring Aspire Practices if required.
**Responsibilities**:
- handling patient calls from a group of practices
- calling patients to book in for chronic disease care
- handling tasks
- working in a team environment to enhance patient care
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role using EMIS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-37.5 per week
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
