The venue operates Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend events offering client hospitality comprising of working lunches and ad hoc evening buffets

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing food to menu specifications, ensuring that standards and procedures are followed to the highest calibre
- Ensuring correct preparation and storage are met
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- To produce an exciting and innovative culinary experience for the clients
- Conducting a weekly stock take

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality experience is desired with an eye for detail being a must
- You must be well organised and a good time planner
- The ability for lone working and adhering to strict timelines
- A minimum of 1 year kitchen experience
- Food Safety Level 2
- Allergen certification
- Health and Safety legislation
- PC and IT literate for online ordering
- Chef’s whites
- Own knives
