In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our web development team, overseeing website content, and supporting various projects within PIB Group that require effective content delivery.

As our Digital Content Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of PIB Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to strategize and implement site content, style, functionality, and layout.
- Oversee CMS security and access permissions for users across all business units.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure brand consistency, as well as adherence to brand, grammar, and style guidelines.
- Act as the content lead for web change and development projects.
- Work alongside compliance to ensure posts meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels for both Business as Usual (BAU) operations and change projects.
- Ensure content is signed off for consistency, SEO optimization, and compliance.
- Provide training to teams across the group, empowering them to edit and develop new content and functionality.
- Serve as the first line of support for marketing teams throughout PIB Group.
- Elevate the profile of the web development team within PIB Group.
- Develop training programs and resources to enhance digital knowledge and expertise across PIB Group.
- Prioritize and categorize development requests effectively.
- Offer guidance to the wider group on digital best practices and approaches.

**Experience**:

- Completed A-Level education or attained an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation within a commercial setting for a period of 3+ years.
- Proven track record in website content development, showcasing tangible accomplishments.
- Proficient in Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress or Sitecore.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, demonstrating the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with working in an agile environment, ensuring adaptability and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector (Desirable, but not essential).

**Capabilities and Attributes**:

- Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with HTML and/or CSS.
- Desirable familiarity with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap.
- Approach problem-solving with a decisive, logical, and methodical mindset.
- Display flexibility and adaptability, adept at prioritizing and managing workloads.
- Exhibit a high level of organisational professionalism, paying meticulous attention to detail.
