**Role at the Real World Data & Evidence (RWD&E) Solutions Practice**
As an Offer Lead you will drive and enable customer engagement, sales and revenue for non-regulatory Database Studies offerings specifically for EMEA pharma HQ accounts and selected Emerging Bio-Pharmaceutical companies.
Together with Key Account Directors and internal stakeholders you will help establish IQVIA as the premium provider of choice. You will be as well the EMEA lead for developing our non-regulatory database study offerings.
**Responsibilities**
As an Offer Lead you will be:
- Creating and maintaining EMEA-specific compelling offering descriptions, in coordination with the global offering development team, to be used by and together with our Account Directors/ Business Development community for client engagement
- Engaging pro-actively with all the key HQ clients on data base study offerings together with Business Partners, Account Directors and others
- Preparing, delivering and converting compelling proposals for large HQ oriented database study/ programs based on requests for proposals or from pro-active engagement
- Driving the margin improvement in our secondary data driven work by setting and driving initiatives for pricing and delivery standards.
- Effectively using existing data assets and networks including advice regarding future investments
- Building and/or maintaining a cross-functional network and exchange with key internal stakeholders such at IQVIA.
**Required Education and Experience**
- University degree in business administration, economics, medicine, sciences, or comparable
- 5+ years direct experience in the late phase, observational study or RWE space.
- Significant experience in working with Secondary RW data
- Track record of client engagement and demonstrated experience in engaging with clients as part of business development
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent networking and collaborative capabilities
