Working in retail at Sissinghurst Castle offers the opportunity to be a part of a friendly, collaborative team, that consistently performs as a top five retail outlet for the National Trust.

You'll be joining during our peak season, starting at the beginning of the Easter holidays until the end of October.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Contract/duration: Fixed-term for 7 months, starting at the end of March.

Hours/working pattern/hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. You'll be working on average 3 days a week. Regular weekend and bank holiday working required.

What you'll be doing:As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
