Within the Catering Services department, exciting opportunities have arisen for motivated individuals who wish to develop both their staff management and customer service skills within a food service environment.

The Role Holder (RD) will ideally have experience working within a restaurant or dining environment, with experience in managing staff, food production and stock ordering/ management.

Good people and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate a team to deliver excellence in food quality, presentation, and service. Experience from different catering operations is desirable, as is the ability to work within and coach teams and individuals.
