Jobsworth Recruitment have an immediate opportunity available for a Factory Worker to join our client who specialises in the Heat Treatment industry based at their site in Dudley.

Our client is a leading supplier of Graded/Refurbished products, you will be a part of their team who loading castings in and out of baskets, driving a forklift truck, testing castings, loading/unloading ovens and general duties i.e. sweeping up.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
- Examine materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.
- Perform inspections.
- Use Hand Power tools.

**Benefits**
- Attendance bonus of £300 paid twice yearly
- Excellent holiday allowance
- Regular breaks - Break room with all equipment plus dart board and pool table
- Company has a VERY low turnover of staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
