**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire estate transaction process
- Stay updated on agency laws, regulations, AML regs and market trends
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of residential law and regulations
- Local valuation trends and values
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM software for property listings and client database

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- High Bentham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
