**Key Duties**:

- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure their smooth running
- Answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, or passing through to the relevant department
- Monitoring Sales inbox and allocating to the relevant salesperson
- Run CRM reports for Sales Director and sales team
- Booking hotels and travel for sales team including some European travel
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Updating price lists in excel and circulating to the team
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with the organisation of exhibitions
- Organising seasonal gifts and calendars for customers
- Responsibility for promotional items and reordering
- Ad-hoc administrative duties in line with the business and departmental needs

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the focus on attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload and to manage several projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible & adaptable to work in a busy environment
- Excellent IT skills (previous experience of CRM program an advantage)

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
