Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors are recruiting for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our Northolt Head Quarters.

Role reporting to: HR Manager

Hours: 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Mon - Fri 09.00 - 13.00 ideally.

You will be joining a friendly, fun, busy HR Team, where your enthusiasm for providing outstanding organised service, will delight our employees.

You will be professionally assisting with the coordination of recruitment, interviews and on-boarding of new starters. Maintaining staff records, and diarising appointments.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with the recruitment and on-boarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports for HR meetings and initiatives.
- Support HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
