MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our new Toomebridge client. They are a family run company who provide quality commercial and residential property throughout Mid-Ulster. Due to ongoing demand they are seeking to employ an **Office Junior **for an immediate start on a part time basis.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:
- Working with spreadsheets, using excel, so experience using excel would be beneficial.
- Making phone calls as and when needed.
- Carry out general administrative duties to include filing as required.
- Good people skills are a must
- Sales ledger duties.
- Dealing with customers & suppliers.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Other general office duties as required.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accounts knowledge.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Good social media skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
