**We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader who can engage in this evolving time, help to grow our existing team and feel part**
**of this great **opportunity.**
As an inspiring Room Leader, you will form an integral part of the nursery management structure, providing professional leadership and management to your team which will consist of Nursery Practitioners and Support Staff. You will provide the highest level of care, ensuring the individual needs and safety of the children are identified and met, whilst maintaining a playful and caring attitude and atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Nurse to develop develop management and leadership skills and develop their career with a leading national group, with potential to grow their knowledge and skills.
You will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or above in Childcare and education with a thorough working understanding of Ofsted, the Early Years Foundation stage and Welfare requirements.

**What will you be doing**:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Developing positive partnership with parents.
- Take part in an exciting rebranding and play your part in this development of the setting.
