Front of House Staff

Join our growing team here at The George We're looking for General Assistants with bar knowledge (cellar experience advantageous but not necessary) to support our popular bar and restaurant within the hotel. Applicants must be 18 years or above. Training will be provided.

Monthly share of tips plus a competitive rate of pay and the opportunity to be part of a friendly team. The George Hotel is a 16 Room Countryside Inn that provides locally renowned food, cracking beer, fantastic drinks and relaxing rooms.

Job Duties:

- Greeting and serving customers within the bar and restaurant
- Taking food and beverage orders and operating our POS system and taking card and cash payments
- Delivering food & beverage accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the work area
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standard

Lunch, Evening & Weekend Shifts are available. We're highly flexible and happy to accommodate your needs.
