**About us**

Local Fire Alarm Company based in Portslade by Sea with nearly 30 years service in the Sussex region, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work within a well established team.

Job Overview:

- Booking in call outs and fault investigations for maintenance engineers
- In charge of the office key cupboard, booking in new keys, allocating existing and updating the database accordingly
- Creating new customer accounts in Clik (CRM Database)
- Amending customer details in Clik as instructed
- Answering and making phone calls
- Processing maintenance inspection reports and creating quotes as required. Forwarding quotation requests to the relevant manager.
- Processing annual date letters and sending to customers. Printing panel notices for weekly testers.
- Any other office duties as required/requested

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Foredown Drive: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Location**:
